Duluth News-Tribune (MN) - March 14, 2001 Deceased Name: HARRY GOLDEN Harry Golden, 91, of East Fourth Street died Tuesday, March 13, 2001, in St. Mary's Medical Center. Harry was born in Duluth, graduated from Duluth Central High School and was an Army veteran, serving in France during World War II. He was a member of the Adas Israel Congregation and a former member of the VFW. Harry was the former owner of the Towne Pump. He is the last survivor of his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nathan and Rossel (Karon) Golden; and brothers and sisters. Harry is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Service: 1 p.m. Thursday in Jarvi-Dowd Chapel. Burial in Adas Israel Cemetery. Arrangements by Bell Brothers Funeral Directors, Jarvi-Dowd Chapel, 925 E. Fourth St. Duluth News-Tribune (MN) |
